At Ponderosa Bible Camp & Retreat Center, we believe in creating a memorable and fulfilling experience for every group. To enhance your stay, we offer a variety of optional add-ons that cater to your unique needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking for delicious meals, fun activities, or facilities to create your own culinary delights, we have something for everyone!

Optional Add-Ons:

• Catering Services:
  Enjoy delicious, fully catered meals tailored to your group.
  Price: $10-$12 per person, per meal

  • Special Dietary Meals (Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, & Other Food Allergies): $40 per person, per stay
    Please note: Special dietary meals are prepared in a shared kitchen. While our staff takes thoughtful precautions and makes every reasonable effort to reduce cross-contact with allergens—including gluten, nuts, and other common food allergens—there is always a risk of exposure in a non-certified kitchen environment.
    By selecting this option, guests acknowledge and accept this risk and are encouraged to take any personal precautions they deem necessary. Ponderosa Bible Camp is not a certified gluten-free or nut-free facility, and we cannot guarantee that individuals with celiac disease or severe food allergies will be completely free from allergen exposure during their stay.
    

• Kitchen Rental for DIY Meals: Required fee if not using our catering services
  Rent our fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals.
  Price: $7 per person per stay (capped at $350)

• Pool Activities: Available June - Labor Day Only

  • Dive into fun with access to our swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation.
    Price: Starting at $20 per hour

• River Activities:
  Explore the beauty of the Little River with kayaking or canoeing options.
  Price: Starting at $40 per hour

• Glow-in-the-Dark Dodgeball:
  Bring excitement to your evening with a game of glow-in-the-dark dodgeball!
  Price: $300 for the first 30 people; $2 for each additional person

• Campfire Experience:
  Gather around the campfire for storytelling, singing, and marshmallow roasting.
  Price: Free firewood provided if you manage the fire yourself;

  • $25 fee if staff assistance is needed
